Do I need my whole leadership team to get value from this?

No. It works for one person building a strategy alone. It's also built to scale to a team when you're ready — inviting an Editor or a Reviewer is a small, deliberate step, not a requirement to get started.

What happens to my strategy if I stop subscribing?

Nothing is taken away except the AI-assisted features. Your Strategy Statements, Limitations, Parameters, scores and plans stay fully yours and fully editable by hand — cancelling just turns off AI drafting and the Intelligence reviews.

Can someone review my strategy without being able to change it?

Yes — the Reviewer role can read, comment, and propose changes, but every proposal stays a private draft until you or an Editor chooses to apply it. More on roles and data isolation →

Is my organization's data shared with anyone else?

No. Each organization's work is isolated from every other's, enforced on every request. It's used to run the Service for you, and, only when you explicitly use an AI feature, sent to our AI provider to generate that specific result.

Can I invite people to help build it with me?

Yes. As the Owner, you can invite Editors (with full or scoped access to specific parts of the strategy) and Reviewers, from the Members page.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep AI access until then, and everything you built stays afterward.
